Our Story Since 2011
All For All Agency – aka [AFA Ageny] is a 501 (c) 3 public charity –
Primarily serving children, youths and families of the William Penn School District in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
Our Mission
We seek to expand socioeconomic opportunity through compassionate and culturally sensitive programming that enhances the unique needs of each participant. We fulfill this mission through:
- High-quality childcare, after-school program and summer camp projects rooted in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics);
- Positive youth engagement, including college/career readiness, after-school activities, and summer camp;
- Socioeconomic empowerment and family support, including adult literacy, career training, and benefit banks, among others.
Our Vision
We envision a global human community anchored by Ubuntu values and virtues – “I am because we are” or “humanity toward others.” .
We are a Non-Profit Organization
AFA Agency was incorporated in 2011 and obtained IRS 501 (c)3 public charity status in 2018, our history is rooted in the long history of Faith Immanuel Lutheran Church, the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), and the Lutheran Children & Family Services partnerships with diverse groups in the Philadelphia region. Together, we have provided multifaceted children and family-related services to residents of Philadelphia and Delaware County for more than half a century.
The AFA Agency is primarily serving children, youths, and families of the Williams Penn School District in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. In Partnership with Delaware County Imminity-building, and the development of a collective voice to promote participation in planning and recovery efforts for the immigrant community in Delaware County.
The AFA Agency is leveraging those mentioned above to nurture compassionate and culturally sensitive needs in Delaware County. Our Current programs are essential pillars of this future-focused paradigm and niche market.
The Leadership
Rev. Dr. Moses Dennis
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
The CEO came to the United States in the late 1990s from a refugee camp in Ghana. He has become a critical link between the African immigrant community in the region and U.S. mainstream institutions. He holds a Doctorate of Ministries (D.Min) from the Philadelphia Lutheran Seminary and enjoys Lutheran institutions’ support across the country, including the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA).
Rev. Solomon M. Muin
Development Director
Rev. Muin is the Development Director of AFA Agency who brings a worth of experience in program planning and development, leading and managing social sector organization, and monitoring and evaluation. He holds a Bachelor in Theology, a Master of Arts in Conflict Transformation and Peacebuilding and a Master of Arts in Sustainable Development. Rev. Muin is an African Immigrant empowering communities of end poverty and inequity.
Ms. Barbar Yarsiah
Director of Faith Worship Daycare Center
Ms. Yarsiah is Chief of Staff of the Pastor’s Office and Director of Faith Worship Daycare Center working to ensure that families are well served. Ms. Yarsiah holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Cuttington University and with over ten years of experience working with children at the Faith Worship Daycare Center, ensuring that FWDC remains a place where education, care, and play go hand in hand.
Rev. George Doe
Director of Youth Program
As the Director of the Youth Program at AFA Agency, Rev. George Doe leads dynamic initiatives that empower and inspire young individuals. Through strategic planning and engagement, they play a pivotal role in shaping a positive and impactful future for the agency’s youth-focused initiatives and programs.
Mr. Paye Bill Gabie
Head of IT Support Team
Mr. Gabie is the head of our IT Team. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Liberia. Diploma in Computer Network Engineering from NIIT Ghana. Over 20 years of experience in GSM/ telecommunication, He has exererience in Closed-Circcuit television CCTV/ Video surveillance. He also give IT Support and is website designer. Mr. Gabie continue to give IT/CCTV support to AFA Agency.
